Literal Windows XP copy

This is a web-hosted Windows XP copy. The ISO has been stripped down because it gets loaded into your browser.
This is functional (albeit slow) copy, and I will consider adding apps to it.
I am strongly considering replacing this with React OS, as React OS is Libre.
